CRM – AB-InBev LLP, global project

Patience and dedication prove key to this ambitious project. World's leading brewer set to save millions.

Case Study Detail

Over the winter of 2006-07, KMA completed phase one of a global project, implementing a new CRM for the world’s leading brewer. AB-InBev is working with the vision to become “The best beer company in a better world”, and chose KMA to help them get there.

The project involved preparing all management disciplines and tools for reaching all of the project’s goals. KMA assisted with Cisco call management design (CCM) and specifications for auto call distribution (ACD), integrated voice recognition (IVR), computer telephone integration (CTI) and all carrier services.

In 2007-08, KMA managed AB-InBev’s upgrade of CRM software, including integration of multi-language master data from all European partners. This phase also required KMA to build and execute all user application testing (UAT) and provide all database administration services (DBA). 2009 saw the completion of the North American segment of this ambitious project.

As a result of the patience and dedication of the KMA team, this project was executed over 26 months and across two continents and is estimated to have saved the client dollars well into the eight figure range.
